Harris A. Dainoff

Harris Dainoff represents a broad range of clients in commercial real estate transactions. He assists real estate lenders in short-term bridge, mezzanine, fixed rate CMBS and construction loans; landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing transactions; and real estate investors in commercial asset acquisition, disposition and financing deals, including multi-property portfolio transactions.

Harris’s clients rely on him to serve as a trusted advisor in a variety of roles. As outside counsel for the corporate properties group of one of the nation’s largest banks as well as for several real estate investment groups, he manages each transaction as if he’s a member of the in-house team. He places a priority on understanding his clients’ business goals and makes them a focus as he approaches each unique set of issues.

Harris’ practice is founded upon long-term relationships he has cultivated throughout his career. His clients include regional and national banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), franchise owners and operators, professional firms and real estate investors.

Prior to starting the firm, Harris was a shareholder at Ledgewood for more than nine years, where he focused on transactional real estate. Harris also previously worked at Fox Rothschild LLP for seven years, where he was a valued member of the real estate practice group.

Harris is currently a member of the Friends of Snider Hockey Leadership Committee, the fundraising and community outreach arm of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation. The Foundation uses the sport of hockey to build lives and unite communities, as well as to help young people succeed both inside and outside of both the classroom and hockey rink. Harris previously served on the East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors (2010-2016), including as Chairman, where he oversaw an annual budget of approximately $27 million and played a key role in executive decisions.  He also served on the East Norriton Plymouth Whitpain Joint Sewer Authority (2012-2017).

While in law school, Harris was a staff member of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law.
