Eric Levine focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including assisting real estate investors in commercial asset acquisition and disposition, as well as borrowers and national and regional lenders in real estate financing, asset management and servicing matters, relating to real property secured by multi-family, office, retail and other commercial properties. He also assists landlords and tenants in retail, office and commercial leasing transactions.

Eric manages deals cost-effectively, prioritizing the client’s goals. He oversees matters from start to finish, identifying and advising on any issues that arise in the process. His ability to guide clients from inception to closure adds value to his representation.

Eric has experience representing CMBS special servicing clients in multi-million-dollar workouts and foreclosures relating to distressed commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked at Ledgewood for more than nine years in the firm’s transactional real estate law group. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate department at Ballard Spahr LLP, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions.  While in law school, Eric was notes editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
